Justin's Law

Wednesday, July 12th...I will be meeting with the Attorney General's Chief Legislative person to begin writing "Justin's Law". This is a very important piece of legislation which I hope to get a lot of support on. I will be looking to all of you to speak at the State House...to let our legislators know what a great person Justin was and how his passing should pave the way for others to be safe. (Write to me if you are interested in he lping me put this through...even if you never met him - the more people that stand behind this...the better it will be supported).

He was certainly a fighter here and continues to fight to bring laws about that would not allow people to drive drunk and take lives. The tougher we get the more people are going to start thinking about drinking and driving. People get reckless when they have been drinking and do things they would not normally do. If we get tougher with our laws people would think twice before they get put away for life.

We are hopeful we will be able to put this through the 2007 Legislative Session.

Justin never graduated, will never have a wedding, children...none of that. This is his wedding, his graduation... this is his time to shine (again)!...as he did when he was here. I do this in his name...out of my undying love for him!
